    1. Co-Investments alongside highly regarded sponsors

      Rosemark deploys $10M-$20M of capital in control-oriented deals alongside selected sponsors investing in companies with $100M – $1B in Enterprise Value. By leveraging our operating experience, Rosemark is uniquely positioned to select the right investment opportunities and support portfolio company management teams in accelerating enterprise value.

      At the due diligence stage, our capabilities provide a more accurate quantification of a deal’s potential, improving underwriting discipline and increasing bidding confidence. Post-transaction, our hands-on growth initiatives and oversight, in coordination with the sponsor, accelerate a company’s trajectory and mitigate execution risk.

      Our approach is different from both the operating partner model of large private equity firms and the consulting services provided to sponsors by consulting firms in two ways: First, we invest alongside the lead sponsor on a heads-up basis, creating aligned interests. Second, we are hands-on commercialization experts in which we build, implement and hand-off our proven approaches to best in class teams that we help to hire and train.
